A classic to most dessert tables, our homemade carrot cake is rich in spices like nutmeg and cinnamon, light in sugar and topped with a delicious lemon cream cheese frosting. Made with quality ingredients and generous amount of carrots, we let the flavours do the talking in this cake. This carrot cake does not contain walnuts . We only use walnuts for decoration. Let us know if you want it completely removed. Weighing approximately 1.2 kgs (8 servings), it might not be enough once you have had a bite of our simple, subtle and seriously good carrot cake.
